Contract for the Installation of Communication Cables

3、Contract Price: The total contract price for the installation of the communication cables shall be as specified in the attached quotation. This price includes all costs associated with the installation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
4、Payment Terms: Customer shall make payment in full prior to the start of work. Company shall provide a tax invoice with the completed installation work.
5、Warranty: Company warrants that the installed communication cables will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion. If any defects are found during this period, Company shall repair or replace the affected cables at its own cost.
6、Force Majeure: If either party is prevented from performing its obligations under this contract due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, war, strike, or government action, the affected party shall notify the other party in writing and shall use its best efforts to perform its obligations as soon as possible.
7、Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws of [specify country]. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
