1. Invitation to Bid

2. Bidding Details

The cable shall also have a suitable flame-retardant and water-proof outer sheath.

Payment Terms: Payment shall be made upon receipt of the final product, certified as being in accordance with the specifications provided by the buyer. The payment shall be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY) to the account specified by the buyer.
3. Bidding Documents
Bid Form: A signed and stamped written quotation shall be submitted, specifying the product name, quantity, price per meter, payment terms, and any other terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties.
Supporting Documents: All supporting documents shall be in Chinese or English, including a detailed product specification, a certificate of conformity, and a letter of commitment from the bidder guaranteeing that the product shall be delivered on time and in accordance with the specifications provided by the buyer.
Submission Requirements: All bids shall be submitted in a single package, clearly marked with the name of the bidder, product name, quantity, and price per meter. The package shall be delivered to the buyer's office no later than November 30, 2023. Late bids will not be accepted.
4. Evaluation Criteria
Price: The lowest bidder will be selected for further negotiations based on the price per meter offered. The final price shall be confirmed through negotiation with the successful bidder.
Quality: All bids will be evaluated based on the conformity of the product to the specifications provided by the buyer. The successful bidder shall be selected based on the best conformity to the specifications provided.
Delivery Time: All bids will also be evaluated based on the bidder's ability to deliver the product on time and in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions. The successful bidder shall be selected based on the most reliable delivery time commitment provided.
