To meet the increasing demand for our products, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled PLC Controller Sales Representative to join our team in Jiaozuo.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in PLC controller sales, a strong understanding of the automation industry, and a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets. Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting would be considered an asset. Additionally, the candidate must be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in both written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
1、Achieve PLC controller sales targets by effectively marketing our products to potential customers.
2、Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of PLC controllers and their applications.
3、Maintain and expand customer base by establishing effective relationships with key players in the automation industry.
4、Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to offer cutting-edge PLC controller solutions to customers.
5、Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery, providing feedback on customer needs and market trends.
6、Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
7、Report regularly on sales progress, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
8、Support after-sales technical assistance when needed.
Requirements:
1、Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
2、At least 3 years of experience in PLC controller sales.
3、Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
4、Strong understanding of the automation industry and its trends.
5、Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting would be an asset.
6、Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
7、Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
8、Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
9、Ability to travel periodically for sales meetings and product demonstrations (approximately 20% of the time).
10、Valid driver's license is required.
