Requirements:

5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the automation industry and PLC controllers.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share in a competitive environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for report writing and presentation preparation.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Valid driver's license is preferred due to the need for occasional domestic travel.
