Contract for the Purchase and Sale of Communication Cables
The contract for the purchase and sale of communication cables is a legal document that outlines the terms and conditions under which the buyer and seller agree to conduct a transaction for the sale of communication cables. This contract includes information such as the name and contact details of the buyer and seller, the type and quantity of the communication cables being purchased, the agreed upon price, and the date of delivery. This contract is made by and between (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer").
1、Scope of Supply: The Seller shall sell and the Buyer shall purchase the communication cables specified in Annex A hereto.
2、Price and Payment: The total price for the communication cables shall be as specified in Annex B hereto. The Buyer shall make full payment upon receipt of the Seller's invoice.
3、Delivery and Shipping: The Seller shall deliver the communication cables to the Buyer's designated shipping address. Shipping and transportation costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
4、Quality Assurance: The Seller shall ensure that the communication cables comply with the specifications set out in Annex C hereto. Any defects in material or workmanship shall be corrected by the Seller at its own expense.
5、Confidentiality: Both parties shall maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information disclosed during the performance of this contract.
6、Force Majeure: If either party is prevented from performing its obligations under this contract due to force majeure, the affected party shall notify the other party as soon as possible and use reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of such event.
7、Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If no settlement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
8、General Terms: This contract is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy. This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
