Enterprise Communication Cable Rental Contract
This is an Enterprise Communication Cable Rental Contract. It is made by and between the Enterprise and the Cable Rental Company. The purpose of this contract is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Enterprise shall rent communication cables from the Cable Rental Company. The Enterprise agrees to pay the Cable Rental Company for the rental of communication cables. The Cable Rental Company agrees to provide the Enterprise with high-quality communication cables and to ensure their smooth operation. Both parties shall keep their commitments to this contract. The Enterprise shall not rent any other cables from other sources during the term of this contract. The Cable Rental Company shall not rent their cables to other enterprises. This contract shall be effective from the date of signing and shall continue for a period of one year. Both parties have read and understood the terms and conditions of this contract.
This Enterprise Communication Cable Rental Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is made by and between the Enterprise (hereinafter referred to as "Lessor") and the Tenant (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant") for the purpose of renting communication cables owned by Lessor to Tenant for use in their business.
1、Scope of the Contract
1、1 Lessor agrees to rent to Tenant the communication cables specified in Annex A of this Contract.
1、2 The Tenant agrees to rent from Lessor the communication cables specified in Annex A of this Contract for the purpose of using them in their business.
2、Term of the Contract
2、1 The term of this Contract shall be from the date of execution of this Contract by both parties until the date specified in Annex B of this Contract.
2、2 Either party may terminate this Contract by giving the other party a written notice at least 30 days prior to the intended date of termination.
3、Rental Fees and Payment Terms
3、1 The Tenant agrees to pay Lessor the rental fees for the communication cables specified in Annex A of this Contract at the rates and on the terms specified in Annex C of this Contract.
3、2 The Tenant shall make all payments due under this Contract to Lessor at the account number and in the currency specified in Annex C of this Contract.
4、Rights and Obligations of the Parties
4、1 Lessor agrees to rent to Tenant the communication cables specified in Annex A of this Contract on the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.
4、2 Tenant agrees to use the communication cables rented from Lessor in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.
4、3 Lessor shall have the right to inspect the communication cables rented to Tenant at any time during the term of this Contract to ensure their proper use and condition.
4、4 Tenant shall have the right to use the communication cables rented from Lessor for their business purposes only, and shall not share or transfer them to any third party without Lessor's prior written consent.
5、Liability and Indemnity
5、1 Either party shall be liable for any damage or loss caused to the communication cables rented from Lessor by that party's negligence or willful misconduct.
5、2 The Tenant shall indemnify Lessor for any damage or loss caused to the communication cables rented from Lessor by any person using them with Tenant's permission or consent.
6、Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
6、1 Any dispute arising between the parties under this Contract shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If no settlement can be reached, either party may submit the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the country where Lessor is located. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
6、2 This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Lessor is located. Any provision of this Contract that is inconsistent with such laws shall be deemed void and unenforceable to that extent.
