Responsibilities and Requirements for Each Position:
Senior Engineer (Recycling): Develop and implement recycling processes, manage projects, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; minimum of 5 years of experience in recycling or a related field.
Junior Engineer (Recycling): Assist senior engineers in the development and implementation of recycling processes, conduct research, and maintain records. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; minimum of 2 years of experience in recycling or a related field.
Maintenance Technician: Install, maintain, and repair equipment used in the recycling process, perform safety audits, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field; valid driver's license; strong troubleshooting skills.
Sales Representative: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, promote products and services, and negotiate contracts. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field; strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer service orientation.
Customer Service Representative: Provide assistance to customers, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and issues. High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field; strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Warehouse Assistant: Perform warehouse duties such as inventory management, order fulfillment, and packaging materials. High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Office Administrator: Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and ordering supplies. High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 1 year of administrative experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Inventory Manager: Monitor inventory levels, generate reports, and coordinate replenishments. High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field; proficiency in inventory software; strong analytical skills
