Position 1: Hydrologic Monitor

Responsibilities:

Monitor and record water levels, flow rates, and other hydrologic data at designated locations.

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of monitoring equipment.

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new monitoring equipment.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on hydrologic conditions.

Respond to emergencies and other events that affect water levels or flow rates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in water resources or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in hydrologic monitoring or a related field.

Knowledge of water resources management principles and practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to remote locations as needed.

Position 2: Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

Analyze hydrologic data collected by the monitoring station.

Prepare data reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Develop data management systems to improve data quality and accessibility.

Conduct research on water resources issues using data analysis techniques.

Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in water resources or a related field with a focus on data analysis.

3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

Knowledge of data management principles and practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R, SQL).

Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Position 3: Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design and manufacture monitoring equipment and components.

Conduct mechanical testing and evaluation of equipment performance.

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new monitoring equipment.

Develop maintenance plans for equipment and conduct routine maintenance.

Respond to emergencies and other events that affect equipment integrity.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.

Knowledge of materials science, mechanics, and thermodynamics.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Proficient in at least one CAD software package (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

Familiarity with manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, welding, assembly).

Position 4: Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design and install electrical systems for monitoring equipment.

Conduct electrical testing and evaluation of equipment performance.

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new monitoring equipment.

Develop maintenance plans for electrical systems and conduct routine maintenance.

Respond to emergencies and other events that affect electrical systems integrity.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.

Knowledge of electricity fundamentals, including circuits, motors, transformers, and electronic devices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Proficient in at least one CAD software package (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
