Title: Monitoring Station Positions of Water Resources in Sanming City, Fujian Province
Sanming City is located in the southeast of Fujian Province, and its water resources are abundant. The monitoring station positions of water resources in Sanming City have been arranged to ensure the smooth operation of the city's water conservancy facilities. The monitoring stations include precipitation stations, river flow stations, and groundwater stations. These stations are equipped with advanced monitoring equipment, such as rain gauges, flow meters, and groundwater sensors, to collect real-time data on water resource changes. The collected data is then transmitted to the city's water conservancy management department for analysis and processing. This helps to ensure that the city's water resources are properly managed and utilized for the benefit of residents and the local economy. The monitoring station positions also provide valuable information for disaster response and emergency management, as they can accurately predict and respond to changes in water resource conditions. In summary, the monitoring station positions of water resources in Sanming City play a crucial role in maintaining the city's water resources, promoting sustainable development, and ensuring public safety and well-being.
Abstract
Water resources are an essential part of the ecosystem and play a crucial role in maintaining the balance of nature. In recent years, with the rapid development of industries and urbanization, water resources have become increasingly stressed. To monitor and manage water resources effectively, it is essential to establish a comprehensive monitoring system that covers different aspects of the water cycle. This study focuses on the monitoring station positions of water resources in Sanming City, Fujian Province, China. The paper provides an overview of the current water resource monitoring stations in Sanming City, discusses their functions, and analyzes the data collected from these stations to gain insights into the water resources in the area.
Introduction
Sanming City, located in the southeastern part of Fujian Province, has a population of approximately 3 million people. The city is surrounded by mountains and valleys, which provide a diverse range of ecosystems and habitats for various aquatic species. However, due to the impact of human activities such as deforestation, pollution, and climate change, the water resources in Sanming City are facing significant challenges. Therefore, it is crucial to establish a robust monitoring system to collect data on water quality and flow rates regularly.
Monitoring Stations Overview
There are currently 20 water resource monitoring stations in Sanming City, covering different aspects of the water cycle, including temperature, pH value, dissolved oxygen (DO), and turbidity. These stations are strategically placed across the city to ensure that they can monitor both surface and underground water sources accurately. The following sections provide an overview of each station's location, function, and main indicators monitored.
Station 1: Shangqing River Monitoring Station
1、Location: Shangqing River, near the intersection of Shangqing Road and Guangming Avenue.
2、Function: The station monitors temperature, pH value, DO, and turbidity in the upper reaches of the Sanming River (from the source to the confluence with Qingxiu River).
3、Main Indicators Monitored: Temperature (T), pH value (pH), dissolved oxygen (DO), and turbidity (TN).
Station 2: Nanping River Monitoring Station
1、Location: Nanping River, near the intersection of Nanping Road and Guangming Avenue.
2、Function: The station monitors temperature, pH value, DO, and turbidity in the lower reaches of the Nanping River (from the confluence with Shangqing River to the sea).
3、Main Indicators Monitored: Temperature (T), pH value (pH), dissolved oxygen (DO), and turbidity (TN).
Station 3: Qingxiu River Monitoring Station
1、Location: Qingxiu River, near the intersection of Qingxiu Road and Guangming Avenue.
