Abstract: Hydrological monitoring is a crucial aspect of reproductive healthcare, particularly in cases where the monitoring of ovarian follicle growth is essential. This process involves the measurement and evaluation of various water-related parameters in order to track the progress of follicles and ensure successful conception. The aim of this study was to explore the role of hydrological monitoring in the growth of ovarian follicles. Methods: This study employed a quantitative approach to evaluate the impact of water-related parameters on ovarian follicle growth. The study population comprised of 300 women undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment. The main outcome measures were the size and growth rate of ovarian follicles, as well as the success rate of conception. Results: The findings indicated that there was a significant relationship between water-related parameters and the growth of ovarian follicles. Specifically, an increase in the level of hydration was associated with a larger follicle size and a higher growth rate. Additionally, a significant correlation was observed between the success rate of conception and the level of hydration. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study underscores the importance of hydrological monitoring in cases where the growth of ovarian follicles is crucial. By measuring and evaluating water-related parameters, healthcare professionals can track the progress of follicles and optimize the success rate of conception.
