I. Contract Background and Purpose

This Hydrologic Monitoring Construction Contract is made by and between Party A and Party B, and is intended to define the terms and conditions under which Party B shall undertake the construction of a hydrologic monitoring system at the Project Location. The purpose of this Contract is to ensure that the construction work is carried out in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner, in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety.

II. Contract Scope and Work Description

The scope of work under this Contract includes the construction of a comprehensive hydrologic monitoring system, including but not limited to: installation of sensors, data loggers, and communication equipment; construction of access roads, bridges, and tunnels; installation of power and water supply systems; and any other work necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the monitoring system. Party B shall also be responsible for testing and commissioning of the system, as well as its maintenance and operation for a period of [Insert Maintenance Period].

III. Contract Price and Payment Terms
