We are a leading manufacturer of communication cables in China, and we have an immediate job opening for skilled and experienced candidates to fill our Production Manager position. The job is based in our factory located in the city of Eagle-潭, which is renowned for its excellent communication infrastructure and innovative technology.
Job Description:
As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our communication cable production line, ensuring that our products are of the highest quality and are produced efficiently. You will need to have a deep understanding of the communication cable industry, and a passion for improving production processes and reducing costs.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the production line, ensuring that all stages of production are running smoothly and efficiently.
Work closely with our Quality Assurance team to ensure that our products meet all quality standards and are inspected thoroughly.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures to reduce production costs without compromising on quality.
Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.
Work with our procurement team to ensure that we have a reliable supply of raw materials and other inputs.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of our production team, providing feedback and guidance to improve their performance.
Act as a liaison between our factory and our customers, providing updates on production progress and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in the communication cable industry, preferably in a management role.
Deep understanding of communication cable production processes and quality standards.
Passion for improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
Excellent leadership and management skills, able to motivate and guide a team to achieve common goals.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including customers and suppliers.
Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental policies related to the cable industry.
