Terms and Conditions

5、The Transferee may not assign or transfer its ownership interest in the Communication Cables without the prior written consent of the Transferor. The Transferor may assign or transfer its ownership interest in the Communication Cables only with the written consent of the Transferee.
6、The parties agree that all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Arbitration Location]. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Miscellaneous
