1、The Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Company")

Preamble:

The Company and the Individual have entered into this Agreement in connection with the blockage of a communication cable caused by the Individual. The Company has suffered significant damage and inconvenience as a result of the blockage, and the Individual acknowledges his/her responsibility for the blockage and agrees to compensate the Company for the resulting losses.

Agreement:

1、The Individual shall compensate the Company for all losses and damages suffered by the Company as a result of the blockage of the communication cable. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost of replacing the blocked cable, the cost of installing a new cable, and any other related expenses.

2、The compensation shall be paid in full within 30 days of the date of this Agreement. The Company shall provide the Individual with all necessary information and documentation to calculate the compensation due.

3、The Individual acknowledges that his/her actions have caused significant inconvenience and loss to the Company, and agrees to take reasonable steps to mitigate those losses, including cooperating with the Company in any efforts to replace the blocked cable and restore communication services.

4、The Company acknowledges that it has taken reasonable steps to protect its interests and minimize its losses resulting from the blockage of the communication cable. The Company shall continue to take such steps as are necessary to protect its interests and minimize its losses.

5、This Agreement is binding on both parties, and each party agrees to comply with its terms. Failure to comply with any term of this Agreement may result in legal action being taken against the non-complying party.

6、This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is executed. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with such laws.
